orders are mailed monday, wednesday, and friday.
daily before major holidays
before major holidays, orders are mailed every day. current timing notices will appear on the website when that schedule is active.
arrival dates are best effort
yooh can request a date. age hams aims for on or around it, but the date is not guaranteed.
no returns. refunds and resends are handled case by case but we are always fair we promise.
- we do not accept returns.
- refund requests are reviewed case by case.
- if age hams sends the wrong card or hams, yooh may choose a free resend or a refund.
- if age hams makes an address error, or a correctly addressed package is lost in the mail, we will resend it at no cost.
- if a package cannot be delivered because the address supplied with the order was wrong or incomplete, a replacement resend is available for 25% off.
